Please note: This position does not come with residential housing and is anticipated to be delivered as an outreach model, on a FIFO basis from Nhulunbuy or Darwin.

About the role

We are seeking Program Coordinator to join our team in Galiwin’ku, delivered as an outreach model, on a FIFO basis from Nhulunbuy or Darwin. Your primary role will be to develop programs and skills-based activities in collaboration with allied health professionals, in addition to supporting participants in our Wellbeing or Youth Programs to live fulfilling lives in their community,



engaging in the activities they enjoy most.

You will also take a lead role in building the capacity of an existing local workforce, supporting them with training, compliance and risk management to meet the safeguarding and quality standards upheld by the NDIS.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide culturally protected, compassionate, and personalised care that enhances the wellbeing and dignity of each client.

Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and meaningful companionship.

Deliver care in line with the client’s individual support plan and informed by the client’s goals and preferences.

Prioritise client safety by using equipment appropriately and maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Accurately and consistently complete all required documentation and progress notes to support continuity of care.
