About the Role

HPPCHRI is looking for a Digital Ads Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns to maximise audience reach and campaign performance within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

Manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other relevant advertising platforms.

Allocate and optimise campaign budgets.

Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.

Conduct audience targeting and campaign optimisation.

Prepare regular performance reports.

Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.

Solid analytical and reporting skills.

Experience managing advertising budgets.

Ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
