We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Proposal Engineerwith 2-8 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation for electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, MV systems, RMU, and PDU. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and an understanding of global standards.

Experience
- 2 to 8 yearsof experience in:
- Proposal engineering / estimation
- Electrical system costing and bid preparation
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or datacenter projectsis an advantage

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Electrical)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, techno-commercial proposals, and bid documentationfor:
- LV/MV Switchgear systems:
- Transformers (including MV Transformers):
- Ring Main Units (RMU):
- Power Distribution Units (PDU):
- Analyze customer specifications, BOQs, drawings, and tender documents:
- Perform costing, vendor evaluation, and risk analysis:
- Support proposal development, bid strategies, and value engineering:
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, sales, and project teams:
- Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders:
- Ensure compliance with regional and international electrical standards and certifications:
- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation tools and processes
Technical Skills & Knowledge
