Experience: 3-6 Years

What We're Looking For

3-6 years of Software Engineering experience with 2+ years in Production AI/ML Systems
Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini) including Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling & Structured Outputs
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks
Expertise in REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Async Programming
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Planning, Memory & Tool Use
Experience with RAG and Vector Databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
Agile development experience (Scrum/Sprints)
