Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and content teams to create high-quality campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.




- Analyze campaign performance using platform insights and analytics tools, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
- Knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
