We’re hiring a passionate and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to support education programs across JEE, NEET, and Classes 6-10. This role blends student counselling, sales strategy, and product expertiseto drive enrolments and build solid relationships with internal teams and prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrolmentsthrough consultative counselling and lead conversion
- Act as a product expert, mastering digital program features, pedagogy, and value proposition.
- Conduct training and advocacy sessionsat offline centers to promote digital offerings.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, share weekly performance reports, and manage CRM records.
- Provide market feedbackto influence product and sales strategy.

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in salesor counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET coachingor K-12education.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRMskills; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and flexible with work schedules.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Language proficiency in Hindi/Regional languageand English.
- Age Limit: Maximum 36

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
