Work Mode: Work From Office (Full-time)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM â" 6:30 PM

- About the Role_:
ViralChilly is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the IT & Digital Marketing industry. In this role, you'll support client communication, project coordination, outreach activities, lead generation, and relationship management while working closely with our Business Development, SEO, and Content teams.

- Key Responsibilities_:
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and requirement gathering.




- Research niche-specific websites, publications, blogs, and communities for outreach opportunities.
- Conduct competitor research to identify collaboration and outreach opportunities.
- Maintain outreach databases, communication logs, and campaign records.
- Track communication progress, response rates, and client interactions.
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements to enhance communication and outreach effectiveness.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients and external partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing practices, and communication strategies.
