What You'll Do:
- Serve as the internal expert of our Workday ERP system, with specific competency in one specific area of expertise._
- Manage (maintain and update) the configurations for this enterprise-wide system._
- Assist in the implementation of additional Workday modules, if required_
- Improve system processes by exploring system configuration options._
- Maintain system audits of the Workday production environment._
- Support Change Management policies and procedures to ensure that changes to the systems are introduced in a controlled manner._- Provide backup support for HRIS Manager_




- Ensure Workday related processes meet business requirements and deadlines._
- Support Workday security, users and permissions, security groups, rights management, if required_
- Schedule maintenance execution and communication with users._- Work with SME’s to leverage workday to support overall business goals and objectives_
- Champion company core values and other company programs_
- Other duties as assigned_
