Job Summary

Nidhii Skincare is looking for an energetic and target-oriented On-Field Customer Sales Executive who will visit beauty parlours, salons, spas, and related businesses to generate product sales, develop business relationships, and expand the company's local market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit beauty parlours, salons, spas, and potential business partners on a daily basis.
- Generate sales through direct field visits and product presentations.
- Introduce Nidhii Skincare products and explain their benefits, usage, and commercial value.
- Identify new parlours and potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parlour owners and staff.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales.
- Collect market feedback,



competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Ensure timely payment/order follow-up wherever required.

Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or related industries.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field travel.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Knowledge of the local market and parlour network will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
