Supervise daily operations of HDPE bottle manufacturing machines (extrusion blow molding, injection molding).
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Monitor raw material usage (HDPE granules, color master batch) and reduce wastage.
- Implement and enforce GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and pharma packaging standards.
- Conduct in‑process checks: wall thickness, weight, leak test, visual inspection.
- Maintain batch production records, logbooks, and equipment cleaning records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, Schedule M).
- Prepare and review SOPs for production and safety.
- Supervise operators and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Conduct training on safety, hygiene,



and machine operation.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols (PPE, fire safety, machine guarding).
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with engineering teams.
- Report and resolve deviations, breakdowns, or safety incidents.
- Support audits and inspections with ready documentation.
