Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN management.:
- Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Fortinet Firewalls.:
- Provide Level 2 supportfor desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)
- Perform hardware troubleshootingand replace faulty components (RAM, HDD, keyboards, etc.)
- Manage and track incidents, service requests, and escalations using communication platforms
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues(LAN, Wi-Fi, IP conflicts)
- Support and maintain user accounts in Active Directory(account creation, password resets, account lockouts)
- Assist with new user setup, system configuration, and software installations
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset records
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and SOPs





Key Requirements:
- Experience with network monitoring, firewall policy management, VPN configuration, and network security using Fortinet solutions.:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support/System Administration(Level 2)
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Networking
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to ticketing tools/communication platforms for incident management
- Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
- Awareness of IT security best practices
