About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Art Director to define and elevate the visual identity of a premium skincare brand. This role goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about shaping how the brand looks, feels, and lives across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and creative teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Identity: Carry forward the founder’s vision across all brand touchpoints.
- Campaign Leadership: Drive creative campaigns from concept to polished execution.
- Storytelling: Ensure elevated, consistent narratives across social, website, and marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
- Mentorship:



Mentor designers and copywriters to raise creative standards.

Requirements:
- 4+ years in Art Direction or Senior Design (beauty, skincare, or premium brands preferred).
- Robust grasp of copy, visuals, product imagery, textures, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to take ideas from moodboard to final polished output.
- Sharp eye for clean, premium aesthetics and detail‑oriented storytelling.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with execution speed.
