Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and real estate projects
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend assessments
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
- Prepare and present marketing reports and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 10+ years of Marketing experience with mandatory Real Estate industry experience
- Proven experience in real estate project marketing and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and social media advertising
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and drive business growth
