About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator
- In this role, you will:
- Review complex credit information of loans for companies and industries
- Provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval process
- Perform complex credit investigations on companies and industries
- Utilize knowledge and interpretation of procedures to direct less experienced individuals
- Interact with immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits
- Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Desired Qualifications:
- Analyse real estate related documents like Appraisal, Lease agreements
- Understand the feedback received from the reviewers and implement the same in their day-to-day work.




- Quality check of work performed by junior team members and provide appropriate feedback on the same.
- Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions.
- Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions.
- Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies
- Robust communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Review complex credit information of loans for companies, industries and loan documentations
- Analyse real estate related documents like Appraisal, Lease agreements, lease reviews, lease abstractions, appraisal reviews
- Provide support to the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team and more experienced individuals in the credit approval process
- Good knowledge on financial statements for various industries with ability to ascertain trends, ratios and call out key risks when compared to benchmarks (historical and
