Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in industrial and engineering sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, references, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Attend exhibitions,



trade fairs, and business networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and maintain CRM/customer database.
- Travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Fire Protection Systems, Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment, Automation, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
