Oversee and manage the company’s accounting functions including payables,

receivables, billing, bank reconciliations, and vendor management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets on a periodic basis.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other financial

regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for timely completion of

audits and filings.
- Manage cash flows, project budgets, and expense tracking for events and projects.
- Implement accounting controls and processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Supervise a small accounts team and coordinate closely with admin and operations

departments.
