Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager who lives and breathes retail sales.
This role is ideal for professionals from Multi Brand Outlets like Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales or similar organised consumer durable retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Own complete showroom sales and profitability targets.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales achievement.
- Maximise average billing value, accessory attachment and extended warranty sales.
- Ensure high conversion of walk-in customers into buyers.
- Monitor individual salesperson productivity and continuously improve performance.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional customer buying experience from enquiry to installation.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat purchases.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and online review ratings.
Team Management
- Recruit, train and mentor showroom sales executives.
- Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
- Coach the team on product knowledge, objection handling, financing options and closing techniques.
- Build a highly motivated, target-driven sales culture.
Footfall & Business Development
- Drive showroom footfall through local marketing initiatives, corporate tie-ups, housing societies, channel partners and referral programmes.
- Convert online enquiries, WhatsApp leads and phone enquiries into showroom visits
