Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
-Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.
-Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue.
-Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system.
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates.




-Participate in training programs and team reviews to consistently enhance sales capabilities.

Key Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
-1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in E-commerce & digital marketing,
-Good communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
-Strong problem solving ability and client-first attitude.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms.
-Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and seller enablement strategies.
-Ability to handle objections and deliver value driven sales pitches.
