Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive Herline's B2B outreach initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential business clients, create product awareness, and schedule meetings with decision-makers for the Sales Team Lead to conduct detailed product presentations and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including:
- Corporate offices
- Educational institutions




- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Retail chains and distributors
- Hotels, hostels, and other commercial establishments
- Generate awareness about Herline products and the brand's value proposition.
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers for the Sales Team Lead.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team Lead regarding appointments, customer requirements, and feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
- Represent Herline professionally during client visits, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets assigned by the management.
