Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the United States.
Possess strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Understand and work with various US visa types, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, TN, and US Citizens, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for emerging technologies such as Java,.NET, Salesforce, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
