Job Description:
The Systems Administrator Grad is responsible for Remote administration of Windows production and non-production environments

You will be a Systems Administrator Grad within the Global Delivery team.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage issues of varying complexity and criticality.




- Provide assistance with problem diagnosis and be able to resolve 90% of issues before escalating to the next tier level of support.
- You will correctly decide when to escalate to more senior personnel during priority 1 or 2 issues that fall outside of their experience level.
- You will create and follow work plans and understand associated documentation and comply with Change Management policies.
- You will perform server maintenance during approved windows, some of which are after the normal business day and on weekends.
- You will support On-Call operations to provide 24x7x365 support to maintain customer OLAs and SLAs.
- administer and support Microsoft SQL Server instances across development, staging, and production environments
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in Windows system administration.
- Knowledge in any virtualization technology
