Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and industry segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Support branding, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up, negotiation, order conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sales.




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and develop new customers.
- Good understanding of market research, pricing, and sales strategy.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial, engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong network with OEMs, industrial customers, consultants, or project companies.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, sales reporting, and digital marketing tools.

Compensation
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
