About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and energetic Content Strategist who can think and execute at the intersection of content and performance marketing. The role is split 60-70% content strategy and ideation for performance marketing campaigns, and 30% oversight of the social media function. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure your content directly drives campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy for Performance Marketing:
- Develop content strategy and ad copy for Meta
- Work closely with the performance marketing team and editors to improve CTR, engagement,



and conversion rates
- Give direction to the team of video editors, ensuring timely and reliable execution

Visual & Creative Direction:
- Provide creative briefs for designers, video editors, and photo/video shoots, including influencer collaborations
- Conceptualize ad creatives, banners, and campaign visuals
- Comfort being on camera is preferred

Social Media Oversight:
- Guide and review the social media calendar and content output
- Ensure social content aligns with broader performance and brand strategy
- Provide direction to the Social Media Executive on content quality and consistency

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track content and campaign performance via Meta Business Suite
- Translate performance data into content and strategy recommendations
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
