As a Customer Engagement Executive (International Sales), you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls with potential customers across different countries. You will represent Cafe Desire to a global audience, ensuring outstanding customer engagement and driving business growth. If you’re confident, goal-oriented, and love international exposure, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential international clients and introduce them to Café Desire’s products.
- Handle inbound inquiries from overseas customers and provide detailed product information.
- Build solid relationships with global clients and nurture leads into successful deals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions from our product range.




- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic selling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on international market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Overcome objections and resolve client concerns with professionalism and confidence.
- Work in different time zones as required to maximize international sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales in international sales/B2B/B2C process.:
- Immediate joiners preferred (or those currently serving a notice period).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluency is a must).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
