Reports to: Assistant Unit Head/ Unit Head/ Sr. Unit Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Drive assigned targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance

products both life & general
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency

targets
- Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and

activation
- Team Management
- Lead, coach and mentor team of Business Associates
- Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill

development of the business associates
- Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing

market and product updates
- Set goals, review performance of BA’s
- Channel Development




- Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through Agency Model

as well as direct sales
- Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with

channel heads
- Agency Channel Development
- Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors
- Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and

rewards
- Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression
- Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies
- Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional

strategies
- Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies
