We are a high-volume design and print business seeking a dedicated Tally Accountant to take complete ownership of our billing and payment cycles. You will manage daily retail transactions as well as longer credit cycles for our corporate and wholesale clients.

Responsibilities:
- Generate on-the-spot cash memos and bills for walk-in customers using Tally.
- Create proforma invoices for WhatsApp leads and ensure advance payments are collected before production begins.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up directly with corporate/ministry clients for pending payments.
- Act as the final checkpoint: ensure no finished goods leave the finishing floor without payment clearance or proper credit logging.
- Maintain daily cash flow records and coordinate with the business owners.

Requirements:
- Robust proficiency in Tally and general accounting principles.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or a print shop environment is a major plus.
- Confident communication skills for following up on outstanding payments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
