Experience: 2-4 years preferredKey Responsibilities:
- Drive student admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Conduct regular visits to nearby preschools, daycare centres, and educational institutions to generate leads and build referral networks.
- Identify and develop recent admission opportunities through local outreach, events, calls, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective parents and guide them through the admission process.
- Conduct campus visits and present the school’s programmes and offerings effectively.
- Build strong relationships with parents, preschool partners, and local communities.
- Maintain lead records and track conversions.




- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams on outreach and enrolment activities.

Requirements:
- Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, school admissions, sales, or education sector preferred.
- Target-oriented with good networking and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for preschool and community visits.
- Prior experience in K-12/international school admissions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
