Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead software architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning.
- Modernize legacy MFC/VC++ applications while maintaining backward compatibility.
- Develop and review technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and solution specifications.
- Build and maintain software installation packages using InstallShield.




- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to software engineers.
- Evaluate recent technologies and recommend architectural improvements.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC).
- Advanced programming experience in Visual C++ (VC++).:
- Strong knowledge of C++,object-oriented design, STL, multithreading, and Windows APIs.
- Hands-on experience with.NET Framework (C#, VB.NET, or C++/CLI).:
- Expertise in InstallShieldfor creating MSI installers and deployment packages.
- Knowledge of COM/DCOM, DLLs, Windows Services, and Registry programming.
- Strong debugging skills using Visual Studio.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or SVN.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesand automated build processes.
