Billing & Packing Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate customer bills using the billing/POS system.
- Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.
- Pack sarees, dress materials, and garments neatly and securely.
- Verify products and bills before handing them over to customers.
- Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep the billing and packing counter clean and organized.
- Maintain accuracy in billing records and daily transactions.
- Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.




- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
- Good customer service and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and packaging.
