Ensures the effective and accurate processing, batching, tracking, scanning and indexing of client payments and deposits. Ensures client payment data are accurate, proactively verifies electronic funds transfers, resolves payment batch integrity issues, and updates payment documentation. Supports the overall RCS Operations and Client Services departments by efficiently and effectively assisting related Revenue Cycle Services process and procedures.

- Shift timings - (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM) IST

Responsibilities:
- Tracks discrepancies in the document storage system from charge batches that are missing information and sending back to the client.
- Pulls and re-scans as needed for clarity.
- Enters applicable information accurately into document storage indexing fields.
- Identifies and reports any discrepancies for resolution.
- Supports transfer of information from the FTP site into the document storage system for processing.
- Supports the retrieval of information from client lockboxes for processing.




- Ensures prompt return and follow up to requests for information.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Understands efficient and accurate payment processing methods, including batching, tracking, scanning, and indexing.
- Knowledge of how to handle and verify client payment data accurately.
- Familiarity with EFT processes and the ability to proactively verify EFT transactions.
