Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Student Guidance:
- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding course selection, career paths, and educational opportunities.
- Course Information:
- Explain course details, curriculum, and benefits to prospective students and their families.
- Lead Management:
- Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Assessments and Recommendations:
- Conduct assessments to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from students to improve counseling services and course offerings.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align on strategies for student outreach and enrollment.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in the Edtech industry,



preferably in a sales counseling or inside sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various educational programs and career paths.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have
- Experience in sales or customer service roles within the education sector.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technologies.
- A background in counseling or educational psychology is a plus.
