Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & Architecture
- Build scalable REST APIs and cloud-native solutions
- Drive architecture decisions and implement best engineering practices
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and CI/CD practices

Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical documentation
- Support client interactions, technical discussions, and pre-sales/post-sales activities
- Identify technical risks and continuously improve development processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python Backend Development:
- Robust understanding of scalable system design and backend architecture
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

SQL Performance Optimization
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, RDS, ALB, MWAA)

- Version Control: Git & GitHub
- Development Practices: Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence

- Caching strategies (Redis, In-Memory Caching)
