Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of commercial building projects
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per design and standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Prepare reports on project status, site progress, and material usage
- Handle procurement planning and material management
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals at all project stages
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE Civil)
5-8 years of experience in commercial construction projects
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials,
and regulations
- Experience in site execution and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling large-scale commercial projects
Knowledge of project management tools like Primavera/MS Project
Familiarity with safety and quality standards (ISO, etc.)
