Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Handle the clients shared by the leads through system and convert them into business.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Required Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in product selling and client handling.
- Valuable understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.




- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop business strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the toys, furniture, or manufacturing industry.

Language Requirement
- Proficiency in Bengali, Oriya is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English is essential.
- Familiarity with regional languages spoken across East India and Bihar / Jharkhand / Odisha / West Bengal / Kolkata/ North East/ Sikkim/ Dimapur/ Assam / Arunachal Pradesh / Manipur / Meghalaya / Nagaland/ Mizoram / Nepal
- Experience in selling manufactured products.
- Established network of dealers, distributors, retailers, or institutional clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for bus
