Responsibilities:
What You'll do

You'll have chance to:

- Handle user queries related to new file transfer setups.
- Utilize SQL to query databases for data extraction and analysis, supporting operational and troubleshooting needs.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Python.

Who You are:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Windows Server Management: Skilled in provisioning, sizing, and managing Windows Server infrastructure.
- Scripting & SQL: Proficient in PowerShell, Python, Batch scripting, and strong SQL skills for automation and troubleshooting.
- Ticketing Systems: Hands-on experience with incident/change management using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- File Transfer: Strong knowledge of SFTP/FTP protocols for secure file transfers.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Workflow Management Applications:



Exposure to platforms like Nautilus (OnBase) or similar.
- Server Maintenance & Patching: Experience with vulnerability management, patch deployment, and certificate handling.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
