What You'll be Doing-

Video Editing
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Create high-retention edits using transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and pacing.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple social-first assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows and elevate content quality.

Graphic Designing
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and promotional assets.




- Maintain consistency across all visual communication while continuously improving the brand aesthetic.

We're looking for someone who
- Has 2-4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Understands what makes content perform on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Has a strong eye for storytelling, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Is proactive, collaborative, and enjoys experimenting with recent creative formats.

Essential Skills

Editing & Design
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut (preferred)

AI & Creative Tools

Experience with tools such as:
- Runway
- Google Veo
- Kling AI
- ElevenLabs
- Envato
- Midjourney / ChatGPT / other AI creative tools (a plus)

You don't need experience with every tool, but you
