Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate (Pre-Sales)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and buying intent.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert opportunities.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Coordinate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Lead Generation.




- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Experience in Delhi NCR or Goa real estate projects will be an added advantage.

- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Week Off: 6 days working:
- Location: Gurgaon

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
