Nirvana Eye Hospital requires multiple dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team and deliver high-quality patient care. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, assisting in staff development, ensuring workplace safety, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients at the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and assist with treatment plans as directed.
- Support the continuous development of nursing staff and foster teamwork.
- Identify hazards in the workplace and propose solutions to improve safety.
- Respond to emergency situations, treating injuries as needed.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Record and document all injuries, illnesses, and treatments.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
- A nursing degree with post-qualification nursing experience.
- Valid nursing board registration.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain meticulous records.
