Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business challenges, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and nurturing relationships that lead to new business opportunities.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. It requires curiosity, research, persistence,



and the ability to engage business leaders in meaningful conversations.

You will work closely with the founders, engineering teams, and solution experts to help grow Tech4Biz's engineering services business.

Key Responsibilities

Research target companies, industries, and potential decision-makers.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Build relationships with CXOs, founders, and business leaders.

Understand customer challenges and identify relevant engineering and technology solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal technical teams.

Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate sales pipeline tracking.

Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to support business development initiatives.

Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
