Manages the accounts, budgets and financial control activities of the organization

to meet the information needs of management, government and statutory bodies.
- Ensures effective accounting procedures are established and followed in order to

meet the financial reporting requirement of the organization.
- Plans, directs and supervises the activities of assigned personnel
- Co-ordinates the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets and

submits these to management.
- Ensures that Accounts and other financial data are available on an accurate,

concise and up-to-date basis.
- Monitor the Cash flow

policies.
- Manages trains and develops assigned personnel to meet the requirement of the

organization.
- Manages Accounts Payable function so that credit terms are utilized.
- Controls on Statutory payments.
- Supervise the Purchase reconciliation and provisional entries.
- Assist in Taxation (I-tax, Sales Tax, etc.) matters. Tax Audit.
- Assists in the development and implementation of recent accounting systems,





which are designed to improve the financial reporting of the business.
- Will conduct performance evaluations and be responsible for coaching and

counseling.
- Participate in discussions of business analysis and strategy planning.
- Liaises with external auditors, as required
