Position Overview
As an Advertising Sales and Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their business objectives, presenting suitable advertising services, and contributing to revenue growth through successful client onboarding.
The company will provide qualified leads and access to CRM systems for managing communications and follow-ups.
Primary Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers using phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM-based communication channels.
- Assess client requirements and identify suitable advertising, branding, or promotional solutions.
- Present company services in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage the complete lead-to-client conversion process.
- Track interactions, updates, and follow-up activities through the CRM platform.
- Develop long-term business relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with creative and operational teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.
- Meet assigned business development and revenue objectives.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition.
- Prior exposure to advertising, media, marketing, branding, or related industries is preferred.
