Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the Continuous Galvanizing Line under supervision
- Learn and follow SOPs related to entry section, furnace, zinc pot, air knives, and exit section
- Monitor basic process parameters such as line speed, strip tracking, temperature, and coating weight
- Support quality checks related to surface finish, coating appearance, and defects
- Assist in coil changeover, startup, shutdown, and housekeeping activities
- Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and permit systems
- Report abnormalities, unsafe conditions, and quality deviations to the supervisor
- Maintain basic production and shift records/logs
- Participate in safety talks, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Educational Qualification
- B.Sc.



(Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Industrial Science):
- _(or equivalent science graduate as defined by company policy)_

Experience
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing / process industry
- Prior exposure to steel or metal processing industry will be an added advantage
