Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and treatments:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products:
- Assist in upselling salon services and retail products
- Guide and support junior stylists and assistants
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of salon tools and equipment
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Hair Stylist (preferably in a reputed salon)
- Strong knowledge of modern hair techniques and chemical treatments:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Certification in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred
