About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Plan and allocate daily work activities for labour and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material usage records.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.




- Mandatory experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in villa and apartment construction.
- Knowledge of interior finishing and coordination works.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and site safety standards.
