Job description

A Field Sales Executive for AI Faculty is responsible for driving B2B sales of artificial intelligence training programs and faculty solutions. This involves traveling within a designated territory to meet directly with decision-makers at schools, colleges, and educational institutions, conducting product demonstrations, and closing institutional partnerships or course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Outreach: Visit schools, colleges, and coaching institutions to build relationships with Principals, Deans, TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), and Management.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling in-person presentations and workshops showcasing AI training modules, faculty offerings, and student benefits.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively map the educational territory, identify prospective clients, and build a healthy pipeline of interested institutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, draft proposals, and drive the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain long-term relationships with partner institutions to ensure renewals, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitive market insights, track industry trends, and provide regular feedback to the product/faculty development teams.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven B2B field sales experience, ideally in the EdTech or education/training sector.
- Domain Knowledge: A robust understanding of modern technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their relevance to current student and faculty needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake frequent local and regional travel.
