About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to generate new business opportunities and bring quality leads for our real estate projects. The person will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads through different sources, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a regular flow of business leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads for residential/commercial real estate projects through different channels.
- Identify and develop new sources for customer acquisition.
- Manage leads received through digital marketing, references, channel partners, property portals, networking, campaigns and other sources.
- Coordinate with the sales team and distribute leads based on project requirements.
- Follow up on leads and track their status until they are converted or closed.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with channel partners, brokers,



referral partners and other external sources.
- Identify current channel partners and expand the company's sourcing network.
- Monitor the quality and performance of different lead sources.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain proper records of leads, sources, follow-ups and conversions.
- Prepare regular MIS and sourcing performance reports for management.
- Track monthly sourcing targets and work towards achieving them.
- Analyse which sources are generating better-quality leads and suggest improvements.
- Handle customer/partner queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Stay updated about the local real estate market, customer requirements and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, lead generation, business development or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the Pune/local real estate marke
