Job Overview:
As a SAFe Product Owner at Xerox, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our Agile projects. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog for a Data Center Architecture and Tools team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAFe framework, an understanding of Data Center technologies and tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a clear and compelling product roadmap, ensuring prioritization of features and enhancements.
Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with the overall product vision and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Collaborate and coordinate with teams in different timezones (India, Philippines, and US)
Communicate the product vision, goals,
and priorities to the development team and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
Work closely with the Scrum Master, Agile teams, and other Product Owners to plan and execute Agile ceremonies, such as PI Planning and Sprint Planning.
Continuously refine and adjust the product backlog based on feedback, changing priorities, and market trends.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap and maximize customer value.
Participate in product demonstrations and reviews to provide feedback and ensure the delivered features meet acceptance criteria.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a SAFe setting.
