Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports regarding leads,



follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Solid follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
