At Flomic Global Logistics Ltd., we're looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager - Security, Safety & Surveillance to strengthen security, safety, and operational excellence at our warehouse in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse security operations
- Oversee CCTV surveillance and access control systems
- Drive loss prevention and incident investigations
- Ensure safety compliance and emergency preparedness
- Lead, train, and develop the security team
- Maintain compliance records, reports, and audit documentation

What We're Looking For:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Security, Safety, Loss Prevention, or Facility Security Management
- Experience in warehouses, logistics parks,



manufacturing, or fulfillment centers
- Robust knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security protocols
- Understanding of fire safety, emergency response, and incident management
- Experience in managing security agencies and guard deployment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
