PLC Programmer Requirement

Position: PLC Programmer

Engagement Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer for industrial automation projects involving motion control, pneumatic systems, and machine integration.

Key Responsibilities:
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Servo motor integration (position control & synchronization)
- HMI development (recipe management, parameter settings, alarms & diagnostics)
- Pneumatic sequence logic development
- VFD integration and control
- Integration of sensors, load cells, and field instruments
- Machine safety interlocks implementation
- On-site commissioning and trial support





Technical Requirements:
- Experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC (preferred)
- Hands-on experience on machines running on servo drives, pneumatic cylinders, and VFDs (preferred)
- HMI development experience
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards

Experience Required:3-7 years in industrial automation
